All New G3-LD Shock Gold Valve Kits

Race Tech’s newly designed Shock Gold Valve Kit’s for the 46mm KYB (SMGV 4603) and 50mm KYB/ Showa (SMGV 5003) and PDs/ WP (SMGV 5042) shocks provides better control for the rider. One of over 60 Gold Valve designs, this piston design creates more shim leverage and decreases the angular shim deflection. The benefit is more consistent damping and faster lap times!

G2-R Next Generation Fork Gold Valves

Race Tech’s revolutionary new G2-R Gold Valves are dual port, billet pistons. G2-R Gold Valves are designed to optimize the loading of the shims while improving flow. These versatile valves blow away all previous limitations! Creates traction and a feel like no other valve in the world – guaranteed!

G2-R Gold Valves can be preloaded (digressive) and/or restricted (progressive). Dirt, Road Race, Street, Off-road, Supermoto and the new Formula 450 (SuperSingle) Road Race bikes. G2-R’s can be valved to work like both Type 1 & Type 2 Gold Valves.

Gold Valve Fork Kits

Stock valving pistons have very restrictive ports. This makes it impossible to get the ultimate results with the stock pistons. Gold Valves triple the flow area putting valving control on the shim stack instead of the overly restricted stock piston. This results in outstanding tuneability, improved control, traction, plushness and bottoming resistance.

KTM Bladder Cap Kits

The Race Tech KTM Bladder Cap Kit makes rebuilding WP shocks easier. The Bladder Cap Kit converts the stock piston type reservoir to a “state-of-the-art” Bladder Reservoir like the factory Showa and KYB’s.

The Race Tech KTM Bladder Kit allows the shock to be filled with nitrogen with a regular Schrader Chuck. Available in 46 and 52mm versions.
